My Teaching Style
I teach a flowing energetic style. I challenge clients to hold their alignment while keeping their heart rate up. Classes are structured around music so both the music and the cueing set the pace.
Interesting Fact/Personal Passion:
Im a life long runner. I’ve raced all distances from sprinting to marathon running. My favorite workout is hill repeats.
