Ride Theatre

Cycle & Strength/ MIX-IT-UP

A combination of 30" cycling followed by 20" of strength work off the bike. A great all around conditioning class. This class mixes cycling and strength training into one high-impact class. Half of the time is spent conditioning on the bike, and the other half is off the bike, using weights, performing strength drills such as squats, lunges, push-ups and core exercises.

A class featuring energetic music that motivates a variety of higher intensity efforts, cadences and resistance levels. May also include hand weight segments to complement the ride. All riders welcome, as intensity level can be adjusted individually by each rider.

Studio 6 Cycle

This class is 45-minutes of music and beats, riding to the rhythm of the music. This is not an outdoor ride moved inside, and is designed to give you a really fun, high energy inside ride. In this you'll move around, rock 'n roll! We'll do some hand-weight segments to get those arms stronger!

This class focuses on mobility and endurance training while using only the best equipment – Your Body! Join Liz, for the next 7 Saturdays for a 45-minute cardio and body weight blast! This bootcamp inspired class will help improve your health, fitness level, endurance and will cater to all fitness levels.
