Ride Theatre

Cycle & Strength/ MIX-IT-UP

A combination of 30" cycling followed by 20" of strength work off the bike. A great all around conditioning class. This class mixes cycling and strength training into one high-impact class. Half of the time is spent conditioning on the bike, and the other half is off the bike, using weights, performing strength drills such as squats, lunges, push-ups and core exercises.

Cycling 45

First Class of the day. Get your workout in and be on your way. A slightly shorter version of our Upbeat 50"-class featuring energetic music that motivates a variety of higher intensity efforts, cadences and resistance levels. May also include hand weight segments to complement the ride. All riders welcome, as intensity level can be adjusted individually by each rider.

A challenging 50" class featuring energetic music that motivates a variety of higher intensity efforts, cadences and resistance levels. May also include hand weight segments to complement the ride. All riders welcome, as intensity level can be adjusted individually by each rider.

Cycling 75

A 75 min ride built to develop endurance for longer duration efforts and establish a strong fitness base line. Music, lighting, coaching and visualization is used to evoke a variety of efforts and conditions and allow the rider to settle into a groove. Additionally, classes feature use of the studio's performance metrics system and the bike's watts measurement capability, allowing riders to track their energy output, heart rate and RPMs during rides. All riders are welcome; appropriate for those wanting a longer workout with periods of recovery.

Free Indoor Cycling Intro

Don't be intimidated, take our intro mini-class! A 30-minute intro to get you ready to ride. Complimentary cycling-shoe fitting and use, bike fitting and instruction on bike set up. Following is a 10-minute on-the-bike mini-class to learn bike operations, proper riding positions and to become familiar with cycling basics and cues. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

Mix-it-up 60

PowerUP Cycling

A 5-week training series of 75-minute cycling classes geared toward outside riders, triathletes and anyone seeking to be a more powerful rider. Participants work on cycling fitness, progressing through workouts each week to improve strength, endurance and power on the bike. The 1st class includes a 20-minute Functional Threshold Power (FTP) test with the resulting personal threshold used throughout the series.

Upbeat Teens Ride to the Beat

Introducing indoor cycling to teens. We begin with a careful fitting and a comprehensive introduction to the bikes. The teen ride has a gentle start to get comfortable with our smooth performance tracking bikes. Will also incorporate hand weights and stretching. All while riding and rolling to the latest BEATS!!

Novice Ride

A 60" class designed for the rider who may be inexperienced, de-conditioned or simply hasn't exercised lately. Also appropriate for riders who want a less aggressive exercise session or recovery from challenging workouts. This class takes riders through all the basics, providing experience with set up, typical cueing and positions, and exposure to using musical beats to pace the ride and inspire movements.

Beginner Barre

Beginner Barre is a basic intro to barre, focusing on form and technique you'll use in regular UpbeatBarre classes. During this class, you will be guided through a 45 minute workout using the barres and exercise equipment such as small hand weights to sculpt and strengthen your muscles. Barre will tone up your whole body and muscles you didn't know you had. So sidle up to the barre and feel the burn! All fitness levels welcome.

Express Strength

No time? We've taken our TRX/Strength class and modified it so you'll be in and out in 30 minutes. A small group fitness class aimed at building full-body strength, balance and mobility through a series of low-impact and/or power moves. This class will use a combination of suspension training, mat work and free weights. This is a great class for all fitness levels!

A small group fitness class aimed at building full-body strength, balance and mobility through a series of low-impact and/or power moves. This class will use a combination of suspension training, mat work and free weights. This is a great class for all fitness levels!

During this small group performance training class, you will be guided through a 45 minute workout using Total-body Resistance eXercises (TRX) aimed at developing strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX Suspension trainer utilizes gravity and your own weight to tone up your whole body! All fitness levels welcome.

TRX -Barre

This class combines your fav TRX elements with UpbeatBarre choreography and motivating music rhythms to deliver a challenging and balanced full-body workout. Class will use a combo of exercise on the barres with use of TRX straps and core exercise on the mat. Spice up your workout with this new upbeat combo!

TRX/Boot Camp

A small group fitness class aimed at building full-body strength, balance and mobility through a series of low-impact and/or power moves. This class will use a combination of suspension training, mat work and free weights to build muscle and core balance. The focus on “boot camp” moves makes this a great class for bringing the intensity UP!

UpbeatBarre class mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. Moves are choreographed to upbeat, motivating music. In each workout you'll use barre and exercise equipment such as small hand weights to sculpt and strengthen your muscles. Mats will also be utilized for extra core and stretching. So sidle up to the barre and feel burn!
