Ride Theatre
Cycling 45
A class featuring energetic music that motivates a variety of higher intensity efforts, cadences and resistance levels. May also include hand weight segments to complement the ride. All riders welcome, as intensity level can be adjusted individually by each rider.
Studio 6 Cycle
This class is 45-minutes of music and beats, riding to the rhythm of the music. This is not an outdoor ride moved inside, and is designed to give you a really fun, high energy inside ride. In this you'll move around, rock 'n roll! We'll do some hand-weight segments to get those arms stronger!
The Press Room
Barre Cardio
An upbeat, UP-tempo barre class designed to get your heart beating! Rev it up and get a great workout!
Cardio Strength
An upbeat strength class designed to work the core, arms, legs while getting your heart rate up.
Classic Barre
A class featuring all the classic barre moves to fire up your legs, butt and core. A great workout to get and stay strong.
HIIT & Tone
This class focuses on building cardio and strength in combination with movement that tones and shapes. Workouts can be done with or without weights. Join Liz LIVE on Zoom at this interactive full-body class for an engaging and fun workout! Great for those who are re-starting a fitness routine or those who are keeping it rolling!
