Cycling 45

A class featuring energetic music that motivates a variety of higher intensity efforts, cadences and resistance levels. May also include hand weight segments to complement the ride. All riders welcome, as intensity level can be adjusted individually by each rider.

Studio 6 Cycle

This class is 45-minutes of music and beats, riding to the rhythm of the music. This is not an outdoor ride moved inside, and is designed to give you a really fun, high energy inside ride. In this you'll move around, rock 'n roll! We'll do some hand-weight segments to get those arms stronger!

Cycle & Strength/ MIX-IT-UP

A combination of 30" cycling followed by 15" of strength work off the bike. This INSIDE class mixes cycling and strength training into one all-around class. We get sweating on the bike and then off the bike we use weights and strength drills such as squats, lunges, push-ups and core exercises.

An upbeat full-body strength class designed to work the core, arms, legs while getting your heart rate up.

This class focuses on building cardio and strength in combination with movement that tones and shapes. Workouts can be done with or without weights. Join Liz for at this full-body class for an engaging and fun workout! Great for those who are re-starting a fitness routine or those who are keeping it rolling!

Pilates Foundations

Upbeat@Home Video On-demand. Class available for viewing for a week. Reserve the day before and you'll get a link to view at your convenience.

Pilates focuses on developing core strength and long, lean muscle strength to improve flexibility and increase mobility. The Foundations class teaches the essential elements of Pilates and progressively adds challenge. Appropriate for beginners and seasoned Pilates practitioners looking to re-engage with their practice and form. The only equipment you need is your body and a mat. Optionally, we'll use hand weights, a resistance band and a soft ball.
