Ride Theatre

After-School Ride

Perfect timing for both teachers and high school students. Take a break from school and hop on a bike for a 50" class featuring energetic music that motivates a variety of higher intensity efforts, cadences and resistance levels. May also include hand weight segments to complement the ride. All riders welcome, as intensity level can be adjusted individually by each rider.

Cycle & Strength/ MIX-IT-UP

A combination of 30" cycling followed by 20" of strength work off the bike. A great all around conditioning class. This class mixes cycling and strength training into one high-impact class. Half of the time is spent conditioning on the bike, and the other half is off the bike, using weights, performing strength drills such as squats, lunges, push-ups and core exercises.

Cycling 45

First Class of the day. Get your workout in and be on your way. A slightly shorter version of our Upbeat 50"-class featuring energetic music that motivates a variety of higher intensity efforts, cadences and resistance levels. May also include hand weight segments to complement the ride. All riders welcome, as intensity level can be adjusted individually by each rider.

A challenging 50" class featuring energetic music that motivates a variety of higher intensity efforts, cadences and resistance levels. May also include hand weight segments to complement the ride. All riders welcome, as intensity level can be adjusted individually by each rider.

Cycling 75

A 75 min ride built to develop endurance for longer duration efforts and establish a strong fitness base line. Music, lighting, coaching and visualization is used to evoke a variety of efforts and conditions and allow the rider to settle into a groove. Additionally, classes feature use of the studio's performance metrics system and the bike's watts measurement capability, allowing riders to track their energy output, heart rate and RPMs during rides. All riders are welcome; appropriate for those wanting a longer workout with periods of recovery.

Express Lunch - Cycling 45

Stop eating at your desk and get into the saddle for a quick 45" lunch express ride. The same as our early morning ride, this is a slightly shorter version of our regular Upbeat 50"-class featuring energetic music that motivates a variety of higher intensity efforts, cadences and resistance levels. May also include hand weight segments to complement the ride and really pack a punch. All riders welcome, as intensity level can be adjusted individually by each rider.

Novice Ride

A 60" class designed for the rider who may be inexperienced, de-conditioned or simply hasn't exercised lately. Also appropriate for riders who want a less aggressive exercise session or recovery from challenging workouts. This class takes riders through all the basics, providing experience with set up, typical cueing and positions, and exposure to using musical beats to pace the ride and inspire movements.

The Press Room

Express Strength

No time? We've taken our TRX/Strength class and modified it so you'll be in and out in 30 minutes. A small group fitness class aimed at building full-body strength, balance and mobility through a series of low-impact and/or power moves. This class will use a combination of suspension training, mat work and free weights. This is a great class for all fitness levels!

Pilates mat class focusing on developing core strength and long, lean muscle strength.

TRX

During this small group performance training class, you will be guided through a 45 minute workout using Total-body Resistance eXercises (TRX) aimed at developing strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX Suspension trainer utilizes gravity and your own weight to tone up your whole body! All fitness levels welcome.

A beginner series focused on form and technique of the TRX equipment. Yoga

Upbeat Yoga Class will allow you to explore your own yoga practice. This class will use a combination of postures with breath and movement. Experience an all levels class with focus on safe alignment all while enjoying benefits of strength, flexibility and balance. Beginners will learn the basics while more experienced students can take poses to their own deeper level.

Yoga for Cyclists

Yoga for Cyclists is an all levels practice focused on flexibility, core strength and balance. It is a perfect cross-training workout for the avid indoor and outdoor cyclist. You will create space to open up hips, shoulders and lower back. You will experience postures that contradict the cycling posture and stretch the quads, hamstrings and calves. You will also have the opportunity to give attention to your breathing and mind-body connection which will all benefit your riding and overall well being!
